How I work

I work relationally and collaboratively, adapting therapy to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Drawing on psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT approaches, I integrate insight, self-exploration, and practical strategies to support meaningful change.

Together, we may explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns shape the way you see yourself and relate to others. We can also examine the thoughts and behaviours that may be maintaining current difficulties, helping you develop new perspectives and ways of coping. Throughout this process, I aim to offer a warm, accepting, and non-judgemental space where you feel safe to explore whatever is important to you.

I believe that lasting change comes not only from understanding our difficulties but from experiencing ourselves differently. Therapy offers an opportunity to deepen self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop a more authentic relationship with yourself and others.
